Real Estate Administrative Assistant

 

General Duties

We are looking for a reliable, selfstarter to join our dynamic team!  This person will answer telephones and take messages; distribute incoming mail; operate scanners, facsimile machines and photocopiers; create documents, spreadsheets and presentations; complete expense reports and other accounting forms; and answer routine inquiries from clients, agents and brokers.   Along with other basic administrative work.

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft office programs (word, excel, powerpoint)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Possess a strong work ethic, dedication, motivation and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively, including having good planning and organizing skills.
  • Strong initiative and follow-through, capacity to think creatively and strategically, excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team environment.
  • Real estate experience a plus!
